ALG Worldwide was contacted by a Printing Company that specializes in private label food packaging and labels. Their customers production was halted due to a flaw in the packaging labels they were using and needed immediate replacements. ALG Worldwide was required to find an exclusive use, food grade truck with a seal to transport the replacement labels. ALG Worlwide procured a driver with a food grade truck and seal which arrived at the shipping location 120 minutes after the request was made. ALG Worldwide’s public Location Tracking kept the customer updated thru the night and driver arrived 14 hours later. Driver was required to wait until management came to verify and break the seal so the truck could be offloaded and production resume.
