DETAILS
At 3:10am on New Year’s Day 2021 a client called requesting transportation of an emergency shipment consisting of a human organ needed for a life-saving surgery. A driver trained in transplant transportation was swiftly secured, dispatched and arrived at the pick-up location at 3:43am. The ALG Worldwide driver obtained the critical package containing the donated kidney, and arrived at the destination hospital at 6:50am, just in time for the 7:00am surgery.
